What to include in your message

To get a useful answer first time, please send us your order number (it is in your confirmation e-mail), the name of the shed, and a photo if the question is about the item itself. For a return or exchange, tell us which item and whether you want a refund or a replacement - we will reply with the return instructions.

Common questions we can answer instantly

Where is my order? Use your Royal Mail tracking number from the dispatch e-mail, or see Track Your Order. Orders arrive in 6 - 9 days (Monday to Friday) in total.
I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery for any unused item, on top of your 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund Policy, then e-mail us.
Can I change my order? E-mail us straight away. If the parcel has not gone to Royal Mail yet we can change or cancel it.
How do I pay? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in pounds sterling. See our Payment Policy.

We answer e-mails within 24 hours, including at weekends. Phone lines are staffed Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST). If you call outside those hours, send an e-mail instead and we will come back to you first thing.
