Why we started
Loravella began, honestly, with a full garage. Bikes leaning on the mower, cushions going musty in a plastic tub, tools in three different places. Shopping for a shed turned out to be its own job: identical-looking buildings at wildly different prices, product pages that would not tell you whether a floor was included, and delivery quotes that doubled the cost at checkout.
We wanted the shop we could not find. A tight range of sheds and storage we would put up in our own gardens, from brands with real warranties - not a catalogue of ten thousand listings. Clear product pages that state the material, the treatment, what is included and the panel sizes. And one price that includes tracked delivery to your door, anywhere in the UK.
How we choose what we sell
Every building in the range earns its place. For classic timber we stock Forest, Shire and Handy Home - pressure-treated or dip-treated, and we tell you which on every product page. For low-maintenance resin we go to Keter, Lifetime, Suncast, Duramax, Canopia and Rowlinson, whose buildings shrug off rain and never need painting. For secure, compact storage we carry steel metal sheds from Duramax.
Whatever the material, the product page states the roof style, the footprint, whether a floor and window are included, and the manufacturer guarantee - so you can compare like for like before you spend a penny.
What happens after you order
Orders are checked and processed from Crawley within 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday), then delivered tracked in a further 5 - 7 days (Monday to Friday) - that is 6 - 9 days (Monday to Friday) from your order to your garden, with delivery free on every order and no minimum spend. Sheds arrive flat-packed as pre-built panels with fixings and step-by-step instructions; most go up in an afternoon with two people.
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund, with no restocking fee - on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you against faulty goods beyond that, and if anything arrives damaged we pay the postage both ways.
