Terms of service

These terms govern your use of loravella.com and every order you place with us. Please read them before ordering - by placing an order you accept them. Last updated: 29 August 2026.

1) Who you are contracting with

The Loravella online store is operated by MATIRSHOP LLC, trading as Loravella. Our customer service and returns address is 24 The Pasture, Pound Hill, Crawley, England RH10 7AP, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@loravella.com or +44 7882 776427. In these terms "we", "us" and "Loravella" mean that company, and "you" means the customer.

2) Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. We sell to consumers for private use, and we deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We may refuse or cancel an order placed for resale, or an order we cannot verify.

3) Products and descriptions

We describe each shed as accurately as we can, including the material, the external dimensions, the roof style, the door and window configuration, whether a floor or foundation kit is included, and the weight, on every product page. Sizes in feet are nominal; the exact measurements are given in the description. Screen colours vary between devices, so a photograph is a good guide but not a colour guarantee.

4) Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), include VAT, and are the final price you pay. Shipping is free on every order, so nothing is added at checkout, and because we ship domestically there are no customs or import charges. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5) How a contract is formed

Our display of products is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation. The order-acknowledgement e-mail is not an acceptance. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full. Title to the goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full.

6) Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place the order. Full details are in our Payment Policy.

7) Delivery

Full details are in our Shipping Policy. In summary:

Delivery area: United Kingdom only
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday - later orders are processed the next day (Monday to Friday)
Processing time: 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 5 - 7 days (Monday to Friday), with Royal Mail Tracked
Total delivery time: 6 - 9 days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping cost: free standard tracked shipping on every order

These times are careful estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by the carrier, weather or a bank holiday are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8) Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (MATIRSHOP LLC, trading as Loravella, 24 The Pasture, Pound Hill, Crawley RH10 7AP, United Kingdom, e-mail info@loravella.com, phone +44 7882 776427) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form in our Refund Policy, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay) and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Your right to cancel is unconditional - it does not require our approval, original packaging or attached labels.

9) Our voluntary 30-day returns policy

On top of your statutory right to cancel, Loravella grants you a voluntary right to return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee, and we accept exchanges within the same window. The conditions in our Refund Policy apply only to this voluntary 30-day policy - your statutory rights are not affected.

10) Faulty goods and your statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty you have a 30-day short-term right to reject them for a full refund, and thereafter the right to a repair or replacement. Nothing in these terms affects these statutory rights. If a shed is faulty we will send a replacement part, replace it or refund it, and we pay the postage both ways. Normal wear, damage caused by impact, contact with perfume, chlorine, cosmetics or cleaning products, and damage caused by alteration or resizing by a third party are not defects.

11) Assembly, base and correct use

Sheds are delivered flat-packed with step-by-step assembly instructions. Assemble the shed on a firm, level base and anchor it as the instructions describe. We cannot accept a claim for damage caused by assembly that departs from the instructions, an uneven or unsuitable base, missing anchoring in high winds, or overloading shelves and roofs beyond the stated limits.

12) Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of this kind of contract, and we are not liable for business losses or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13) Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under it. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

14) Intellectual property

All text, photographs, graphics and design on loravella.com belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. The Loravella name and logo may not be used without our consent.

15) Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. Reviews and messages you submit must be your own honest experience and must not be offensive or infringe anyone's rights; we may remove content that breaches this.

16) Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

17) Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, e-mail info@loravella.com with your order number. We answer within 24 hours and we would far rather resolve a complaint directly than have you take it further. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme or use the small claims track of the county court. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights.

18) Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract between us are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you keep the protection of your local consumer law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

19) Changes and severability

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
